JUST A FEW HELPFUL TIPS AND REMINDERS:

 Please try and give a minimum 24-hour notice when you would like to have access to your camper/boat/trailer. This will ensure that someone is there to have the gate open for you. Please also give this notice if you would like your camper/boat/trailer brought out for pickup.

Payments may be dropped off in our new drop box, located between units 1 and 2 at our State Road 8/State Road 327 (Mile Corner) location. Payment may also be made by calling with your card information. For your convenience, we do have an auto-pay option where we run cards on the 5th of every month.

 I know many have asked, so moving forward, the new owner plans on continuing to offer propane refills. This service may be on hold for a short period of time while they take the proper classes to receive certification to provide this service. The continued use of the dump station is unknown as of yet.  We truly appreciate everyone who has supported us throughout all these years of operation and look forward to continuing to serve all your storage needs!
